If he’s not at 100% though, I’m glad St. Pierre pulled out. I only want to see him fight when he can fully perform. I’m sure this is a huge disappointment, and if Penn beats Hughes and wins the belt the UFC has a peculiar situation. They now have a Welterweight champion who became the champ after losing his previous fight to the #1 contender for the belt he now holds.
