It looks like “Mr. Rear Naked Choke” himself is coming out of his “retirement” and will fight again this coming October. Frank Trigg recently posted a bulletin to his myspace.com account with the following:
…Now I know the diary is not a big seller except that I have kept a diary since I was 16 and Nobody and I mean nobody has seen it, the exs included. Why you ask about the diary. I do beileve I will be competeting in Oct. and it is a good time to get it out there and leet you see how I train and how I think about my training.

Frank hasn’t fought since April of this year when he announced his retirement after losing to Carlos Condit in the second round of the Rumble on the Rock tournament. Trigg had defeated hometown favorite Ronald Jhun by decision in the first round of the tournament following two straight losses in the UFC to Georges St. Pierre and Matt Hughes. No word on who Trigg will be fighting, or even what promotion he will be fighting in.

This will be a title fight for the ICON Middleweight belt which Miller recently won after defeating Robbie Lawler by submission. [...]
