The full fight card for UFC 63 has been released. This lineup is, of course, tentative; and considering the recent rash of fighters pulling out close to UFC events, I expect this card to change somewhat. For now, here is the current lineup:
- Matt Hughes vs. BJ Penn (World Welterweight Title Fight)
- Mike Swick vs. David Loiseau (Middleweight Fight
- Jason Lambert vs. Rashad Evans (Light Heavyweight Fight)
- Joe Lauzon vs. Jens Pulver (Lightweight Fight)
- Gabe Ruediger vs. Melvin Guillard (Lightweight Fight)
- David Lee vs. Tyson Griffin (Lightweight Fight)
- Danny Abbadi vs. Jorge Gurgel (Lightweight Fight)
- Mario Neto vs. Gabriel Gonzaga (Heavyweight Fight)
- Roger Huerta vs. Jason Reinhardt (Lightweight Fight)
UFC 63 looks like it should be an excellent card. Matt Hughes vs. BJ Penn II, the return of Jens Pulver to the UFC, The Crow vs. Mike Swick, and the UFC debuts of Gabe Ruediger and Tyson Griffin. Six of the nine scheduled fights are lightweight fights which demonstrates the depth the UFC has in that weight class.
Personally, I am very excited about this fight card as it looks pretty solid from top to bottom. Which fights are you most excited to see? Which fighter are you most excited to see? Leave some comments and let me know.

I’m looking forward to Swick vs Loiseau
Besides the obvious (penn vs hughes) the Swick vs Loiseau fight interests me a lot.
