I very rarely make any type of personal or political posts on this site, because I want to keep it strictly a source of MMA insight. But, I’m making an exception this one time. You’ve, of course, noticed the badge I’m displaying in the top left corner of MMA HQ.
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If you take time and donate to any cause at all during the course of the year, please donate to this one. I’m sure we all know a family member or friend who is suffering or has suffered from cancer. My grandmother died from breast cancer, and my wife currently is a Registered Nurse working in Oncology.
So, I encourage you to take some time and donate to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer foundation. Consider it your good deed for the year. I’d personally greatly appreciate it.
