It’s hard to believe that it has been one full year since Ryan Bennett was killed in a car crash with his wife and four children in Fillmore, Utah. Ryan’s wife Tonya and two of their children were seriously injured and are still recovering from some of their injuries. The Ryan Bennett Memorial Fund is still accepting donations to help the Bennett family with their medical expenses and recovery, so if you would like to, please donate something. Ryan was a pioneer for MMA and MMA Media and is still missed in the sport to this day.

DOC WHO THE F IS RYAN BENNETT
Hey, show a little respect Patrick.
Ryan Bennett was one of the founders of MMA Weekly and did a daily radio show called “Soundoff” for them. Before that he was a ring announcer for the UFC for a while, and announced for the WFA, WEC, KoTC, and a few other organizations.
ey doc!! do you think you can get that new mauricio shogun interview that mmaweekly got over there? i wanna hear what he has to say. By the way…. hows it goin guys!!!!!!!!!
OH I SEE
I am not paying MMAWEEKLY money to hear an interview from my boy Shogun.. I am sooooo freakin’ curious to hear what he has to say about Wand and himself in that interview though .. arggg I wish they would just post stuff like other sports sites, it’s what happens in a monopolized market, they better enjoy it because soon enough with MMA going mainstream they won’t be able to do that stuff.. it will be in the papers and on ESPN/ FOX SPORTS.. lol
God’s peace be with the Bennett family, I know it’s hard to recover from the loss of a loved one.
thanx for posting this dr j. its good to keep ryan and the bennet family remembered. he was a popular sportscaster here on the news and the only sportscaster that would give us updates on ufc fights and so on. his family has had a huge amount of support here and i hope other communities can recognize him for his efforts in helping build mma as a true sport. his death was a shock to us all.
btw, thanx for the video. i hope all you guys can take the time and watch it.
@Hotpad,
No problem man. I’m just glad to take the day and remember him and put this small tribute out there.
