Phil looks like he’s pissed and that’s not good for Frank. I watched the press conference you put up yesterday and it was pretty entertaining. Phil speaks his mind and he’s straight forth. All the other fighters were thanking Gary for giving them a chance to fight then Phil blows him off great stuff. I hope Phil beat the crap out of Frank. Even though Ken and Frank don’t get along very well they are pretty alike. They both think they are the greatest and talk a lot of trash. Frank hasn’t fought any real tough strikers in a long time and I hope he tries to stand with Phil. Renzo was controlling him on the ground untill the DQ in his last fight so his groung game wasn’t as good as he claimed. This one will not go to the judges I see these guys going toe to toe till one of them drops preferably Frank.

Damn…that last poll question is tough…there’s no way I can decide which one I’m looking forward to next.

F*CK i really wanted Baroni to beat the **** out of Shamrock. now we are going to have to listen to this assshole run his mouth off till his next big fight. if Elite really wanted to show that Frank is the best they should stop letting him pick his own fights and make him fight some of the top middle weight but the problem is Elite doesnt have top guys.

I called that one man, 2nd round submission by shamrock.. what i didnt expect was for him to beat phil in the standup game. WOW! love him or hate him, Show respect to Frank for that win! Is he the best? HELL NO.. the question is.. will he try and prove that hes the best? not likely..

i hope this guy is joking or he has never seen an mma fight because any one who knows anything about mma would not say something like “BJ Penn will destroy Fedor” i dont care how good you are you cant give up 80lbs. to a guy like Fedor!
