Spencer Fisher announced today that he has pulled out of his scheduled fight with Din Thomas on September 19 due to a staph infection in his knee. Fisher and Thomas were set to headline the UFC Fight Night Card in Las Vegas
Fisher notified fans of his infection earlier today through a posting on his MySpace.com page.

Hey everybody, I just want all of you to know that I am out of my fight in September with Din due to a staph infection in my knee.
A replacement for Fisher to fight Din Thomas has not been named.

what i think Richard meant to say is “yes it matters, Fisher is a contender and this is going to set him back a bit” or something like that LOL. Nathan do you watch much mma? you should see a few of Spencers fights he is a pretty good and it suck to see someone comming up have a set back.

i have never met a mma fighter personnally but i just popped my cherry man i met “the rhino”,i was grocery shopping ,and i saw him i knew he was from visalia california but to see someone i watched on tv to seeing him in person i almost cried i sh*it u not
