In an effort to keep making discussion easier and easier here on MMA HQ, I’ve added a new feature today to the comments section. When reading and leaving comments, you will now see some new links that will allow you to “quote” another user.
In a lot of discussion back and forth in the comments section here, we refer to comments left earlier by using either “@BV” or “@MMAKansas” and then copying and pasting what they said. Well, now you can simply click the “Quote Zak” or “Quote BVRasp” link at the bottom of that users quote to reference their comment.
Also, you can comment text in any of the actual posts I make as well. If you ever feel the need to bash me or comment on something specific I have said in a post, just highlight the text in the post that you want to refer to and click the “Quote selected text” link and you can refer right to that text specifically.
I hope this helps you guys out. If you find its stupid and you don’t want it, let me know. If you can think of other features that would make using MMAHQ easier for you guys, let me know as well.
Let the discussion’s continue…
P.S.
There is also another “special” feature I added that will be revealed in time. I’m sure all the regulars will like it…

is there a way it can identify who it’s quoting? Or would that get too cluttered?
@maxx
I’m working on that. I’ve seen a few bugs that need to be fixed and I will add that
Thanks DrJ for updating the site with a new feature, when it gets rolling 100% it should be pretty off the chain!
@Dr. J
Heres a suggestion, can you make the recent comments like the last 10? or 15? instead of 5? that would just be more conveniant i think..

Yeah I can update that pretty easily. Might be a few days before I can though. I am actually on a plane as we speak and will be out of state until Sunday
