Well Richard, I guess you saw the new pics of wand in this new interview… looks like he is in the best shape of his life… he follows the “7 Natural Laws” diet, which probably explains why he is ALWAYS in such great shape…NO ROIDS Mr. Wandy HATER.. lol

7 Natural Laws basically consists of eating 6-7 Chicken Breasts a day with organic brown rice, and beans - also consists of an intake of protein that would match grams of Protein with the weight you want to maintain, for instance if you want to weigh in at a solid 205 you would intake 200-205 grams a day of protein with your diet of lean meat/chicken.. also cutting artificial crap and sugars and unnecessary salts out.. thats why Wand looks BETTER than Chuck, he doesn’t drink, and he doesn’t club and he doesn’t each wings and peanuts at the bars and he lives to train… thats it.. oh.. the occasional Taco Bell.. hehe.. thats probably with the kid and wife on like a very rare occasion, but hey, he is training with Randy, who has one of the best bodies in MMA.. especially for a 44yo.. and he also has the best strategies in my opinion which I would say is gonna help Wand..

Why are you still picking on Wand and comparing him to “Mr. Roids” Sean Sherk??????? You think Wand is gonna walk into the UFC and get kicked out for a year in his first fight??????? I don’t think he has been hit THAAAAT hard..

I guess you just cannot except the fact that some fighters look, train, and live better than others, and Chuck is fighting an opponent that is giving up reach and height, but is ahead in the conditioning and strength dept..

im not picking on wandy im just playing he is training his azzzzz off and im not saying hes on roids now i might of said that earlier cuz of his protoge shogun and his soft appearance compared to pride,and in his fight with hendo looked so muscular i doubt if he could wipe his azzzzzzzz

First off.. I was joking about the languages thing.. you speak Spanish and English..

I speak TWO as well… Portuguese and English, my wife is Brazilian and I trained and taught English at a private college in Brazil for almost 2 years.. thus learning the language.. :)

As far as languages apply, my gorgeous hot Brazi wife beats ALL of us she speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, and French.. a little Latin too…. not fluent on the French, but she can hold conversations in any of the languages..
