UFC Hunting Down Cro Cop?

According to Croatian website index.hr, Zuffa principal owner Lorenzo Fertitta traveled to Croatia and spent a few hours in contract negotiations with Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic.
While details are sparse, we can only assume that the UFC is clearly pushing hard to sign Cro Cop to an exclusive contract and have him potentially compete for the heavyweight title.
As is always the case with Mirko, money will be a huge deciding factor. The aging star has also voiced his desire to fight quite frequently over the next 18 months, something most of the UFC’s “top” fighters don’t do.
