These are a must have, I've had them for over a couple years and they're just now starting to show a bit of wear. The cup fits perfectly because you can adjust it and the straps have never come undone for me.

Love these, had a pair about 3 years for training and fighting MMA/Muay Thai. Use them with large Twins/Sandee metal cups and super comfortable.
This thing is great, but it takes like 20 minutes to strap on (no homo).
Is the cup somewhat soft? In other words can it be used with rolling in jiujitsu?
I've rolled with it on before, but I'd say "no" its not somewhat soft. I'd say its very comfortable to wear while rolling but maybe not so comfortable for your competitor. It's obviously not as hard as my steel cup, but I would say that it's harder than the Shock Doctor cup I have.
Are this snug like compression short?
Yes, the shorts are skin tight, and you can adjust how tight the cup fits with the velcro straps.
