Dude, I'm surprised this hasn't sold out. I tried both the 8 lb and 12 lb versions (bought the deal from MMAHQ last time) and this thing has really helped with my punch endurance. I have a little more "pop", too. I hope you guys have this deal a year from now when I can graduate from the 8 lbs to the 12! >:D $50 is a STEAL!

8lbs will be your best bet. 12lbs will most likely be too heavy to have an efficient workout with it. 4lbs is beginner, 8lbs is novice, and 12lbs is pro level i believe
If it's for you and your wife go with the 8lb for sure. 8lb is more than enough for me, but maybe your wife is super strong. Quick warning with the DVD, mine was destroyed in shipping and had to get a replacement from the manufacturer.

Got this last time when it was over $100 so great price this time around; wish I had waited. The 8lb has rubber handles that makes your hands black and smell rubbery. Effective at what it's supposed to do.

There is a freight forwarding company from DHL called Borderlinx.com. You can send it there, and they will send it to you after Borderlinx payment is cleared. But shipping is expensive overseas.
