I never heard of this site before. I saw the Venum Thai Pads promotion and decided to give it a try. Practically the pads came one day after I placed the order. What has happened with your customer service lately.... last 2 orders in a row were messed up and a total of 4 orders messed up now... but the last one you sent 10oz Venum gloves and I ordered 16oz gloves.... I have sent 3 emails to customer service and still have not received a response!!!! Please send me the 16Oz gloves as soon as possible or at the least respond and let me know what is being done to make things right!!!

I have never ever had an issue with this site. All my stuff comes in right away exactly as ordered and I live pretty far off from NY. Weird.
