Norm Frauenheim reports in the Arizona Rebublic that Morrison’s former agent, Randy Lang, said Morrison recently tested positive for HIV in mandatory blood tests for a boxing license in Arizona, a charge the boxer has denied. Morrison, 38, says that even the original test in Las Vegas that disqualified him was a false-positive. But Dr. Margaret Goodman, who worked as a physician for the Nevada Athletic Commission at the time, writes at Secondsout.com that “he was tested twice. The results were checked and rechecked by the most reputable lab in the country and deemed indisputable.” Howard Reynolds, a boxing writer who who by day works as an M.D., writes at RingsideReport.com that “Morrison has no business, nor any right, as a participant in any combat sport.”

He has HIV.. is on meds to make the resemblance of it go down in tests, and most likely wont fight again…

It was really just a modified boxing match.

how can u even begin to downplay the shogun hype and categorize him as an “up and comming” fighter?? buddy..hes 16-2…13 of those wins are from kos 1 loss was cause he fell awkward and broke his forarm and couldnt continue. and the other one was by sobral…dont even try to argue the fact that chuck knocked out sobral, because the only reason why that happened is cause sobral tried to fight chucks game, and he paid for it.. .not to mention that his opponents were well chosen..clearly…. shogun has defeated the likes of Overeem, noguira, cyborg, arona, and jackson…infact he murdered jackson…he shows you all levels of his skills weather it be on the ground or standing up, either way he excels..

Shogun, is an explosive mma fighter, hes soo well versed on the ground and stand up..hes from chuteboxe for **** sakes.. he fought in vale tudo and beat the **** out of ppl….and yeah i also know chuck fought in vale tudo , and got a decision over pele…so what..
