In 2003, Craig "Dr J" Jolicoeur began what would eventually become MMA HQ. Over the course of several years and several different websites, MMAHQ.com was established and quickly gained a loyal following. The original and current aim of MMA HQ is to provide up-to-date news and information in the world of mixed martial arts.    GAAAAAAYBE RUEDIGER! this guy will never fight in the UFC again, hes a done deal. As if i couldnt hate him enough for basically being a douche bag, now it was his fault we didnt get to see a fight this week. I wish they let him go into the fight heavy just so i could watch Corey give him the beating of his life.. fkn punk btch!
