Baroni – Shamrock.. Goldberg said it best.. WOW! Everyone hates Frank, and most people also hate baroni lol.. lets face it, theyre both *** heads. The difference is Baroni is an ignorant ***, Shamrock is a cerebral ***.. I would LOVE to see Baroni KO Frank… viciously… though i cant really see it happening, Frank Shamrock is a crazy fighter man, you see that training he was doing in this video?? DAM! thats some SERIOUS sht! Baroni has a punchers chance, period. Especially since he always gasses out in fights. This fight is gonna end in a submission for Frank, i hope frank fights some tougher competition in the future. Imagine Frank vs someone like Nog, lol.. i dont think he would ever let himself fight someone whos better than him..
This card destroys ufc 72, maybe the UFC didnt want to compete with this card so they put together a boring event? who knows.. anyways.. I will be getting this event for sure!
i also like the paul buentello fight on this card i didnt know who his opponent was but now that i seen him i know who he is hes an awesome kickboxer but looks a little fat for a fighter paul in my opinion is one of the best heavy weights out there this should be an awesome fight im getting this one for sure ,i also like crazy horse the guy smokes drinks and is a great fighter to bad he doesnt train harder or he would be one of the best in the world
Yeah…what was the deal woth Buentello leaving the UFC so quickly? before he got KO’s by Arlvoski, he was on an impressive win streak…and even won @ UFC 57 by TKO…and now he’s not even fighting in the UFC? I think he was right in the mix of the top 6 or 7 heavies. He always delivers KO’s.

thats what ive been saying i like paul and except for that loss to arlovski he was on a six fight win streek now hes on a four but on the other hand they got frank mir in there and from what i heard is going to fight tim sylvia the ufc is so fu*ckin stupid sometimes

I heard that rumor too, but last I checked the Sylvia/Mir 2 fight was denied because Mir has not shown impressive results in his last fights that he can fight at that level anymore. Also, I’m not 11% sure if Sylvia is fully recovered from his back surgery. Back surgery is not a joke, especially in the fight game where your using so much brute grappling and force. If there is anyone Sylvia will fight in the coming months, I think it would be the winner of the Nog/Herring fight.
