BJ PennWe all speculated how long BJ Penn would stay at Lightweight after defeating Jens Pulver at the TUF 5 Finale. Dana White announced that Penn would fight the winner of this Saturday’s Lightweight title fight between Sean Sherk and Hermes Franca at UFC 73, and I questioned that bout due to statements Penn had made about wanting to return to welterweight. Well, Sherdog.com is reporting that BJ Penn and Diego Sanchez have both agreed to match each other at UFC 74 which will be headlined by the Heavyweight title fight between Randy Couture and Gabriel Gonzaga.

B.J. Penn and Diego Sanchez have agreed to fight on the undercard of the heavyweight title fight between UFC champion Randy Couture and challenger Gabriel Gonzaga , Aug. 25 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, a source speaking on the condition of anonymity told Sherdog.com.

This would be Sanchez’s first fight back since receiving his first career loss against Josh Koscheck at UFC 69, and will definitely be his toughest test yet and a dangerous fighter where he could easily drop a second fight in a row.

i can see Sanchez having a tough road ahead i hope he learns how to lose well because this is going to be a very tough fight for him and if he loses this one it could be very bad for his career and his mental game.
