For those who haven’t been able to see the Frank Mir vs Antoni Hardonk fight from UFC 74 yet, here is the video. I didn’t really care so much about the fight itself as much as how Frank Mir looked physically. Mir actually looked like he trained and was in shape for this fight, which is a HUGE improvement over his last few fights. Hopefully he decides to take his training and conditioning seriously again and can be near the fighter he was before.

I have got to admit, Mir looked really good in this fight. I didn’t pick him to win because how bad he had looked. Hopefully Mir is 100% and will beable to be a force in the UFC.
