The long-awaited fourth episode of Inside the Cage Radio is now available for your listening pleasure!
This week hosts Sam Caplan (FiveOuncesOfPain.com) and Matt Cava (UFCTakedown.com) welcomed both Dann Stupp of UFCjunkie.com and Luke Thomas of BloodyElbow.com into the cage as guests.
Dann joined the crew to help break down UFC 74. He was in Vegas for the event and brought his insider’s perspective to the show. The crew discussed whether Randy Couture is truly unbeatable; who and what is next for Randy; more fallout from the Renato “Babalu” Sobral fiasco; whether Josh Koscheck was ever truly ready for GSP; and much more.
In addition to reviewing UFC 74, the show also previewed UFC 75. Sam and Matt were once again joined by Luke Thomas, who brought his vast technical knowledge to the fold. The three broke down Dan Henderson vs. Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Mirko Cro Cop vs. Cheick Kongo, Michael Bisping vs. Matt Hamill, and Houston Alexander vs. Alessio Sakara. Be sure to tune in as they talk about upset possibilities; whether Cro Cop and Bisping are overrated; whether Hamill belongs in the UFC; how Henderson should approach fighting a bigger opponent in Jackson; and lots more.
Inside the Cage Radio is growing strong! Over 5,000 hardcore MMA fans have already tuned in – this is only our 4th episode and we’re seeing our audience grow exponentially each week. Thanks so much for your support!

good show this week. i just gotta thank Dr.J again for hooking this up for us the MMA HQ hardcores who might not get to hear it somewhere else. i wanna talk about the Jackson vs. Henderson fight, they (Sam Caplan, Matt Cava, and Luke Thomas) all bring up the point about Rampage’s size and strength over Henderson but two out of three of them still pick Dan to win. as much as i think Henderson is going to be a big problem for Jackson, i can see Rampage controlling this fight for three or four rounds till Dan knows hes losing and makes a mistake or two and gets caught with something big or gets taken down and pounded. i still say Rampage, round 4, TKO due to ground and pound.
wow you guys have a lot to say lately, i can hardly keep up. here is a topic starter. i heard there is this fight comming up between to guys that are champs in the orgs. they are fighting for. they are even putting there titles on the line. crazy eh? im not really sure who these two are but they have really cool nick names (Dangerous and Rampage) so it should be a good fight. oh and there is this one guy they called THE Cro Cop he will be fighting too, im pretty sure he is a cop so he must be the good guy there for my money is on him. and the other fight will be the Hammer vs. the Count now i dont understand a word ether of these guys say but they both look mean so again as long as no one brings a steel chair in to the ring it should be a good wrestling match. discuss…
im going for hendo for sure ,now cro crop and kongo i like cro crop better than kongo ,and now for the hammer and count im going for the hammer by decision i to think this will be a dry hump match
yeah i kinda have a feeling that Hamill will win this weekend. Bispings takedown defense is not the best and if Hamill can take him down and hold him there its his fight. the only thing Hamill really has to worry about is if Bisping hits him, Hamill damn near falls into a coma every time he takes a big shot.
