In 2003, Craig "Dr J" Jolicoeur began what would eventually become MMA HQ. Over the course of several years and several different websites, MMAHQ.com was established and quickly gained a loyal following. The original and current aim of MMA HQ is to provide up-to-date news and information in the world of mixed martial arts. Today, thousands of people get their MMA fix either directly through MMAHQ.com, or through its news feeds or associate websites every day.

i really like Gary Shaw’s attitude towards his fighters and there safety. he seems like he would be a good boss to work for.
A very tame Diaz…. humbled, and gracious in victory, a very narrow victory I might add…… anyone think Forrest can beat Shogun, sorry I couldn’t help but get it going.. :)
CAN Forrest beat Shogun? sure we all know anything can happen. WILL Forrest beat Shogun? i doubt it. it seems like the UFC is going to try and use Forrest to show off what Shogun can do. i dont see Forrest going down in a brutal first round KO like he did with Jardine because he will be expecting it more this time. i think he will take a beating in the first and pounded out in the second and we will get to see a bunch of Shoguns skills.
