7 Natural Laws basically consists of eating 6-7 Chicken Breasts a day with organic brown rice, and beans – also consists of an intake of protein that would match grams of Protein with the weight you want to maintain, for instance if you want to weigh in at a solid 205 you would intake 200-205 grams a day of protein with your diet of lean meat/chicken.. also cutting artificial crap and sugars and unnecessary salts out.. thats why Wand looks BETTER than Chuck, he doesn’t drink, and he doesn’t club and he doesn’t each wings and peanuts at the bars and he lives to train… thats it.. oh.. the occasional Taco Bell.. hehe.. thats probably with the kid and wife on like a very rare occasion, but hey, he is training with Randy, who has one of the best bodies in MMA.. especially for a 44yo.. and he also has the best strategies in my opinion which I would say is gonna help Wand..

I speak TWO as well… Portuguese and English, my wife is Brazilian and I trained and taught English at a private college in Brazil for almost 2 years.. thus learning the language.. :)
