It’s really amazing to see the size difference between Fedor and Choi. Hong Man Choi is such a huge physical presence, it’s neat to watch. Not that he brings much competition for Fedor.

By the way, word on the streets of Japan is that Fedor’s next fight will be against a whole school bus full of first-graders on their way to a field trip. At least Fedor is keeping his skills sharp.

Fedor is amazing able to give up that much weight, if Choi had more skill he could have possibly beat Fedor in this match. You could tell he was holding on for dear life even in the top position lol. I guess thats all he could do, because once he tried to punch Fedor threatened the armbar and finally finished him that exact way. Choi should have posted up more putting his weight closer to Fedors head before working his GnP. Fedor comes out on top once again, hopefully we’ll see Fedor against some more skilled competition in 2008.

Happy to say my boy Sakuraba pulled out a win that night too.. he still isnt looking very good and im sure his knees are killing him when he fights. Great to see him on the winning side again though.. Oh and Sapp won too..

Hopefully in 2008 we will get to see Sapp vs Kimbo, this is the only interesting fight i would care to see either of these guys in. Styles make fights, and considering neither of them have an actual fighting “style” they should get a chance to brawl in 2008. Maybe on “so you wanna fight”? lol.

My gosh man.. that guy IS A GIANT… no match for any level of skilled fighter in the HWD though… Brock Lesnar probably would have beaten him had he gotten licensed in California, and I agree with BV.. if this Korean guy had more skill than just being BFN than he would have won for sure….

I hope Fedor fights a real opponent this year, kind of a waste, I heard on another site that he is saying the Couture fight WILL happen in 2008….

Fedor looks so tiny! Although no match for Fedor, it would be fun to see him fight Tim Sylvia. Has this not been an exciting and WIERD year for MMA? I am still shocked at some of the upsets we have seen. At times I feel disgusted. But that’s the sport, right? 2007, I think, will always be THE YEAR OF THE UPSET because of Pride’s superstars meeting a demise unexpected entering the octogon. I look foward to seeing them prosper in 2008. I look forward to seeing the unexpectedly defeated in 2007 to turn it around this year and prove to the U.S. that PRIDE harbored potential champions besides Mr. Jackson. HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL and may 2008 be the year in MMA that will be even more awesome than the last. Best wishes to all you guys, and to all of our MMA heroes. C’MON CROCOP COMEBACK!!!
