man i like when they dig a bit into the lives of the fighters, its makes them a bit more “real” and guys like Tim Sylvia become more likable when you hear they may have come from the same bullsh*t you did. i didnt come from a broken home or have abusive parents and it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable when people are talking about coming from that place, but like i said it makes big Tim seem that much more “real” when he talks about his hard life and overcoming it. i have a respect for Tim in overcoming all the bullsh*t and becoming someone, AND having the courage to talk about it with the world.
Man I hope this video isn’t any indication of the production quality of the PPV. Cause guys that was straight up lame. Dudes punching fire, sweat flying off guys, and it sounds like Marty Stouffer doing the narration….lame lame lame and lame. I’ll still be buying the PPV, I wouldn’t miss it for anything.
Ya sadly that probably IS what it will be like, you can tell its unprofessional. But what really matters most is the fighters, the refs and the judges. As long as those 3 things are up to par, it should be a great night of fights. The other stuff doesnt really interest me, fighters strutting on the catwalk, megadeath, blah blah..

well it looks like the Affliction is a day after downloader for me (BV i know you’ll have the hook up for a link or something lol) im layed off for work yet again, the auto industry sucks! no biggie though it just means less p.p.v’s for Daddy lol. but yeah im expecting the Affliction p.p.v. to have a cheese factor through the roof, bands, catwalks, pyro, cheddar, swiss, the whole nine, but like BV said its about the fights. as long as they allow the fighters to put on the show they should put on its all good, i dont care if they cut to Amy Winehouse smoking crack in the bathroom between rounds just as long as it dosent take longer the 60 seconds and it doesnt interrupt the fight at all lol.
I might have to do the same thing RJ, its not easy convincing casual fans to get the affliction ppv when UFC is on for free. Im by far the biggest mma fan of all my friends, over the years, i made sure they know who Fedor is and all that.. but its not enough man. Ill probably end up doing the same thing unless something changes their minds..
Not like Affliction actually bothers to ADVERTISE the best mma card ever.. I mean, unless your looking for it, you wont see it anywhere. All their ads are on the net, i heard they have a huge billboard up somewhere, but thats not gonna cut it man..
