  2. Dr J says:

sorry man. i updated it to the right episode

  3. R.J. St.Croix says:

lmao i just read that Jon “War Machine” Koppenhaver has legally changed his name to War Machine… lol that sweet, so he kept the nick name and dropped his real name lol i bet his parents are so proud lol.

    • bvrasp says:

hehe i never heard about that one RJ, but ya, thats definately odd. Have you read Noons statement about the Diaz thing?

      • R.J. St.Croix says:

no i didnt see it yet….. but i think i’ll go and look for it right now.

        • R.J. St.Croix says:

huh, im not sure how to feel about that. on one hand i say the promoters are the ones saying who the number one guy is (right or wrong) and if your the champ you should be willing to crush the guy you dont think is on your level. on the other hand i can see why Noons feels disrespected for not being pushed as there top guy in that division. some of the thing KJ says just rub me the wrong way like:
“I am right when I say Diaz is not the number one contender. Elite XC is trying to force this fight for their ratings.”
sorry son but thats not up to you, and why would EliteXC not push for the fight that will get higher rating? why would you not want to be a part of the fight that gets more viewers?
          or how about:
“I’m not ducking Diaz, why the hell would I be scared of someone I already beat.”
two words… prove it, if you think you can do it, then do it and move on. no promoter in there right mind is going to try and make it happen a third time if you beat him twice, so if your that sure then just put it to bed and get it over with.
          one last one:
“Elite XC offered me a fight on the first CBS show, but only if I signed a new long-term contract. Instead of promoting their best fighters on CBS, you have to be on a long term contract for them to promote you. That was not our deal.”
someone please give me one good reason why EliteXC would make you a household name today if you could be fighting somewhere else tomorrow? Noons already seems like his loyalty can be bought so why would someone want to make him a star just to have the other guy cash in? hes crying about everyone else trying to make as much money as they can all well trying to do the same thing.
the way i see it is Noons needs to stop demanding respect and start earning it. Diaz has just done so much more in the sport and KJ should be jumping at the chance to potentially beat such a vet twice.

        • R.J. St.Croix says:

this is all to bad because i was starting to like Noons, he was on his way to building a good career. but when your two biggest wins are over Nick Diaz (by cut stoppage is not that impressive) and Yves Edwards (by quick flash KO, again not overly impressive) i dont feel you have the place to start deciding who is on your level and whos not, because just about everybody with one or two good wins IS on your level. sorry about all the Noons ranting guys but i just wanna grab him, give him a good shake and say “PROVE YOURSELF BOY! STOP TALKING AND PROVE YOURSELF! SH*T!”

        • bvrasp says:

Yup, you made alot of good points RJ, we all want fighters to get paid more money, but its not up to us.

Diaz made 3 times more than me..

Like you said, Diaz has done alot more in the sport and he had to work his way up getting paid EVEN LESS than KJ in the old days.. The fact is Diaz has shed alot of blood on the matt over the years thats why people know him, thats why people respect him and thats why he got paid.

If gatties were around he would say this “you signed the contract, dont cry about it now”

        • bvrasp says:

about Noons picking his opponents lol ya right.. nobody picks their opponents man, except maybe Fedor, but hes not stupid enough to sign BS contracts, so how can you blame him? plus Noons is no Fedor.. not by a longshot..

Look at Wanderlei, there a guy whos loyal to his oganization, if they wanted to they could screw him over, but you know what? they dont. From his statement when he first signed with the UFC, Danas the boss i fight who he thinks i should fight and ill do my part by giving the fans a great fight. PERIOD.

When have you seen Wandy complaining about his opponents or about money or anything? You make trouble for your organization and they will make trouble for you, look at Tito..

        • R.J. St.Croix says:

yeah man Fedor is pretty well the undisputed greatest fighter in MMA EVER, why? because he proved it. even if someone beats his asss bad right now that will only put them above him in the rankings for the moment, i dont think we will see another Fedor. Noons has no place talking like he deserves anything more than a chance to prove himself. i can think of a bunch of fighters that i know can beat KJ and until he beats at least a handful of them he should just feel lucky to be holding a title. two words for ya KJ, Krazy Horse, ok? do you think Diaz would have gotten knocked by Horse? IMO Gomi hits harder then Bennett and he couldnt finish Diaz. do you think Noons would have beat Nick if the skin on his face wasnt made out of tissue paper?

        • R.J. St.Croix says:

see man the whole thing bugs me i can go on for days with this one. the guy ******* that they put a Nick Diaz trading card in the DVD case, um you ever think that might be because people know who Nick Diaz is? be thankful that someone who has a name is around to help build your career. would his title seem as legit if he won it against Berto, or even Edwards for that matter? i would love to see Noons in the UFC LW division, Clementi, Fisher, Guida, Pellegrino, Stout could all beat him and none of them are even in position for a title shot yet.

        • bvrasp says:

LOL as if cocky fighters arent annoying enough, even when they had a reason to be cocky (Frank Shamrock, Hughes). Now we got guys who havent even DONE anything yet and already trying to blow their own horn hahaha..

Wow 2 wins vs half-decent fighters who cant even remember when they were anywhere near top 10. Plus the both the wins in a questionable manner.. They slap a belt around the kids waist and it goes right to his head.. sigh..

  4. bvrasp says:

Oh for sure man, coming off that loss to Krazy, he came back strong with a win over Diaz and Yves, then he goes and blows it with this whole fiasco. I was impressed with KJ too, like you said, why couldnt he just fight Diaz again and then leave the Diaz name behind him.

Now whenever you hear the name Noons, you think Nick Diaz..

I read that he only has 1 fight left on his contract with Elite, so he could fight Diaz (or whoever Elite puts in front of him) then negotiate a new contract and ask for as much money as he wants. If he doesnt like it, he doesnt have to sign it, he can persue boxing or whatever he wants to do..

Similar thing happened with Randy, if he would have just fought out the 2 fights he had left on his contract he would have been WELL clear of Zuffa right now.

    • richard says:

i know u guys are talking about kj but isnt randy a idiot he should of faught his two matches then went for fedor i mean honestly the guy pasted up big nog and to me its kinda like he ducked the guy big nog is one of the best in the world hands down second only to fedor and it kinda pissed me off when i started to think the only excuse that randy didnt want to fight him was cuz he only wanted to fight the best when clearly big nog is one of the best.

      • R.J. St.Croix says:

yessir you have a good point, but the one main difference is that Randy HAS proven him self (2 time LHW champ, 3 time HW champ) and has fought and beaten some of the best so he has a bit more room to talk. i do think he should have fought Nog and then maybe Werdum before he moved on to try and take on Fedor.
