Nathan Diaz vs Josh Neer – While I would have made the Mac Danzig vs Clay Guida fight the main event, this matchup between Nate Diaz and Josh Neer should be equally exciting. Neer earned his reputation in the UFC as a hard-nosed bulldog and he should be a decent opponent for Diaz. However, Diaz’s grappling game is just much to strong for Neer and we should see another submission victory for the younger Diaz brother. Winner: Nate Diaz
Mac Danzig vs Clay Guida – It seems like I saw this every time Clay Guida fights, but once again, this could be fight of the night. Guida always brings an all-out, high-paced tempo for 15 minutes and Mac Danzig does much of the same. Both fighters have excellent experience and are well-rounded fighters. Danzig will most likely try to work a submission which Guida has fallen prey to in the past. Guida will just look to bring a heavy striking and ground-and-pound game on the mat. I think Guida wins this tough battle via decision. Winner: Clay Guida

Ed Herman vs Alan Belcher – Ed Herman continues to try and establish himself in the UFC, but is once again matched up with another tough opponent. I personally don’t think Herman has what it takes to compete at the UFC level and could very easily drop this fight to Belcher. Belcher is a super-athletic fighter who can win both on the feet and the ground. I anticipate this being a stand up battle the whole time, with Belcher winning the decision on points. Winner: Ed Herman Alan Belcher

Houston Alexander vs Eric Schafer – Some may find this surprising, but I found this matchup very tough to call. Houston Alexander is comming of two straight knockout losses and will be looking to get back on the winning track. Eric Schafer has spend some time away from the UFC after losing back-to-back fights himself. Schafer is susceptible to getting knocked out which would seem to play right into the strength of Alexander. Alexander has a non-existent ground game which seems to play into the strengths of Schafer. I don’t know why but I get a feeling Houston will pick up his third straight loss, this time via submission. Winner: Eric Schafer

Alessio Sakara vs Joe VedepoWinner: Joe Vedepo
Wilson Gouveia vs Ryan JensonWinner: Wilson Gouveia
Joe Lauzon vs Kyle BradleyWinner: Joe Lauzon
Jason Brilz vs Brad MorrisWinner: Jason Brilz
Drew McFedries vs Mike MassenzioWinner: Drew McFedries
Dan Miller vs Rob KimmonsWinner: Dan Miller

Hey Doc, you called the fight for Belcher but after “Winner:” you put in Ed Herman.

RUMOR: Rampage vs Wandy at UFC 91 on nov 15th. Source from Rampages new camp says that Rampage agreed to the fight, nothing signed yet.

that would put it on the same night as Randy vs Brock and Kenflo vs Joe Daddy. WOW 91 is shaping up to be one hell of a fightcard.

Bv, I was just on playground and on the 91 card it has rampage vs wandy. I agree completey! That card is gonna be epic!

Lam, ya alot of sites are saying it, hopefully it doesnt hit any snags like injuries or legal problems for Rampage. Alot of people think its pointless for them to fight again, but its clearly a whole new ball game in the UFC. Im with Wandy like always regardless of his opponent, but they will probably make Rampage the favorite in that fight.

  4. Lam says:

I agree. If they can make it til the fight without any stops 91 is gonna be a freakin card! I would agree though, rampage will probably be the fav just for the simple fact that he is just coming off of losing his belt.
