In the “too little, too late” department, the Floriday State Boxing Commission has officially cleared the now defunct EliteXC of any wrongdoing in the recent Kimbo Slice vs Seth Petruzelli fight at EliteXC: Heat.
After a nearly two week investigation, the commission said they found no illegal action took place on the part of EliteXC officials.
Not that it matters at this point in time as ProElite officially closed operations earlier this week.
