HDNet has been authorized by a New York district court to buy the remaining assets of the International Fight League for $650,000.
According to bankruptcy court documents, the bid by HDNet was the only bid placed for the IFL’s assets.
HDNet will now own the IFL’s full media library including all video and images, as well as the IFL brand name and intellectual property.
