Strikeforce recently confirmed that a bout between Nick Diaz and Scott Smith has been added to their upcoming June 6 fight card.

Diaz and Smith will fight at a catchweight of 180 lbs. marking the second fight in a row for Diaz at 180 lbs.

Both men fought on the recent Strikeforce: Shamrock vs. Diaz fight card, which Diaz handily defeating Frank Shamrock and Smith winning a thrilling victory over Benji Radach.

The June 6 event will be headlined by another catchweight fight, this time between former EliteXC middleweight champion Robbie Lawler and former EliteXC welterweight champion Jake Shields who will fight at 182 lbs.

Also on the fight card is a middleweight fight between Phil Baroni and Joe Riggs and a rumored bout between Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem and Brett Rogers
