Arlovski vs. Rogers added to Strikeforce Card

Strikeforce officially rounded out the fight card for their June 6 event today, when they announced a heavyweight matchup between former UFC champion Andrei Arlovski and Brett Rogers

Arlovski has most recently fought under the Affliction promotion, defeating Ben Rothwell on the inaugural Affliction card and losing to Fedor Emelianenko on their second fight card.

Rogers is undefeated at 9-0 and last fought in April on the Strikeforce: Shamrock vs. Diaz fight card where he defeated Abongo Humphrey by TKO in the second round.

The June 6 Strikeforce card is scheduled to take place in St. Louis, MO and will be headlined by a catchweight fight between Robbie Lawler and Jake Shields.

The main card, which is scheduled to be aired on Showtime, will also feature fights between Nick Diaz and Scott Smith, Kevin Randleman and Mike Whitehead and Phil Baroni and Joe Riggs.
