Whats the story on this guy? I have looked around but not found much in terms of why he is so hated excluding the Hamill/Bisping fight.
He’s consistently been a terrible judge. Usually if there is some kind of split decision, Peoples is the judge who disagreed with the other two. Or if there is obvious domination by one fighter, People somehow managed to give a few rounds to the fighter getting his butt kicked
remember when he was the ref in the quarry vs sell fight and he stopped it early and everyone froze in a really *** pose? and your right he is usually the judge that causes split scoring. ufc should probably get a restraining order against him.

Quick question…how do you arrange the time that the tournament matches are held?
I’m fighting the dude with Sean Sherk…do we have to organize the tme ot be on there Live ourselves?
yeah, you set it up directly with your opponent. either message them on XBL or send them a message through the website.
And how do you keep track of the matches? I mean, sometimes people get disconnected for whatever reason. Do you monitor the fights somehow? to make sure no one cheats or anything?
after the match, both users go back to the website and report the results. if both users report the same thing (meaning both users are honest) then the result is automatically confirmed. if both users report something different, and alert is sent to the tournament admin and he must resolve the disputed result
ok maybe this is my shot to ask the question and someone will actually answer me this time, the one tourney i was in, i was having a hard time hooking up with the other guy (we were never online at the same time) and i was sending messages to them (with no reply) and one day i looked at the page and it said i lost two back to back, and asked why and never got an answer. i dont mind losing do to inactivity but i would at least like to know thats why i lost, the whole thing bummed me out and i havent played a tourney match since, it sorta blows when you lose and you dont really know why and no one will tell you. ok my crybaby rant is over lol.
I can check into it and see what happened and who reported the results for you.
If you find it hard to get a hold of your opponent and it seems like they are avoiding you, just report that you won the match via “No Contest”.
That will send them an email and tell them they have 24 hours to dispute the result. If they really are still on the site and not a deadbeat they will obviously report something else. Otherwise, you will get the “No Contest” victory and the tournament can keep advancing.
“No Contest” wins dont affect either users win/loss record or their site rating
I’ve added the guy I’m supposed to fight to my list and haven’t heard anything back either. I never seem to be able to find people on there. Hey BV, I added you several days ago and as of last night, the friend request is still pending.

LOL no not yet, but it is a must see for sure. it looks funny as hell, sorta reminds me of “Pauly Shore is dead!” not that the two movies have any similarities just that both are parodies of what happens when your washed up and have nothing left lol.
Actually i found it to be pretty good, one things for sure its the best actual acting skill Van Damme has ever displayed. I guess its easier because hes playing himself and hes just expressing whats really in his heart.
Ofcourse its a low budget movie and all that, plus its mostly in french, thats why i asked if you saw it. I recommend it if your a van damme fan (or were).
I think Alves is gonna kick the crap outta Pierre… I don’t think Pierre would be bold enough to “grease up” this time, and i think he’s a RAT CHEATER…

everyone who wants to keep going on and on and on about the greasing thing always forgets that GSP beat the crap out of BJ in the standup and totally dominated him with the wrestling as well.
Unless GSP had a 5 lb. can of vasoline in the end of his gloves, I don’t see how greasing could have helped him dominate the striking and greasing wouldn’t help him with takedowns wrestling control either.
If he did grease the only area it would have helped is in the grappling.
lol Doc, i found that can of vaseline comment funny too heh. Like i said when it happened, i dont think GSP was maliciously greasing on camera, it just doesnt make any sense for him to do that. He could have greased his whole body in the locker room before the fight, why would he grease during the fight in plain view of the whole world.
It was Nurses fault and i dont think he was doing it intentionally either.
Apart from all that, even if it WAS malicious, it had no effect on the outcome of the fight anyways.
Greasing is greasing Doc, you are a fan of GSP admit it, you are biased and cheating is what it is… I don’t think GSP meant it but he sure didn’t stop it or publicly correct his boy after the fight…
If one person says you cheated, its their issued, 2 people say it, could be a coincidence, but if 5 of your last 8 opponents say it… there is probably an issue doc.
I’m a fan of GSP yes. Am I being biased in this case, no. Replace GSP with any other fighter and show me the same footage that we have available from the GSP vs. Penn fight and I will say the same thing. GSP (or whatever fighter you substitute in) did not cheat in that fight.
yes i know im bias and all but one point i can make that you cant really ague with is cheating implies intent and as you said “I don’t think GSP meant it but he sure didn’t stop it or publicly correct his boy after the fight” so if he didnt mean for it to happen then you cant really call it cheating right, i give you that he and his corner screwed up but to go off about cheating is a bit over the top. as far all the other fighters claiming GSP is a cheater, i write those off based on the idea that if it was an issue then why wait till now to bring it up? sounds to me like some fighters found a new reason to discount GSP wins, ive yet to hear a fighter that didnt get fully crushed say anything about it, i even heard an interview with Matt Hughes where he said the second and third fight he was greasy but not in the first fight, so that makes sense right? so Hughes got killed twice because GSP cheated but the one fight he didnt cheat Hughes won right? yeah makes sense to me lol.
I agree Doc. He destroyed him on the feet and will dominate Alves just as easily.
