The original and current aim of MMA HQ is to provide up-to-date news and information in the world of mixed martial arts. Today, thousands of people get their MMA fix either directly through MMAHQ.com, or through its news feeds or associate websites every day.

LOL i didnt know Tom Attencio was fighting on this card. I was planning to watch it anyways mostly for Lashley to be honest but now theres another reason. Lashley is a dangerous guy man, i mean look at Lesnar, he might not be a good “fighter” but hes a physical specimen. If you saw his last fight, the dude made a comment about WWE and wrestling and Lashley was PISSED and he hurt that dude bad and fast. What Lashley said was that hes coming out there as a professional athlete and a fighter and if anyone even MENTIONS WWE theyre in for a world of hurt.
That being said, Lashley said the magic word about Sapp, Cardio, he already knows the way to beat Bob, like everyone does, nice to see he has a good mental fight game. It wont be long before Lashley hits the UFC boys, and after another year or so he could be twice as dangerous as he is now.
Most of the other fights on this card are very one sided and i would be very surprised to see upsets happening. If any of the following guys lose their fights it would be embarrassing….
