DREAM.11 To Feature Aoki vs. Hansen III

Joachim Hansen will get a shot at the DREAM lightweight title at DREAM.11 when he battles current champion Shinya Aoki for the third time.

Hansen and Aoki last met in the finals of the DREAM 2009 Lightweight Grand Prix, where Hansen won via TKO in the first round as an alternate for the injured Eddie Alvarez. In their first meeting back in 2006 in PrideFC, Aoki defeated Hansen via submission.

Since winning the lightweight grand prix, Hansen has not fought due to various injuries. Aoki is coming off a lackluster victory over Vitor Ribeiro at this past weekends DREAM.10.
