In 2003, Craig "Dr J" Jolicoeur began what would eventually become MMA HQ. Over the course of several years and several different websites, MMAHQ.com was established and quickly gained a loyal following. The original and current aim of MMA HQ is to provide up-to-date news and information in the world of mixed martial arts. Today, thousands of people get their MMA fix either directly through MMAHQ.com, or through its news feeds or associate websites every day.

Shane Carwin 2012!!!
Great video Doc, very relevant to the discussion were all having, i urge you guys to check this out and see what Carwin has to say about wrestling. Interesting stuff.. were less than 3 months away from these two juggernaughts meeting in the cage, i cant wait its gonna be a barn burner.
my bold prediction for this fight is….. win, lose, or draw Brock is going to be humbled in this fight. Lesnar looks unstoppable at the moment and i think hes even buying in to his own hype a bit, but he never had to deal with a real battle. no one has been able to stop his assault or even survive long for that matter, my question is not what can Carwin do off his back, my question is what can Brock do off his back? Randy was able to take Brock down but couldnt keep him there, but Carwin is much bigger and probably much stronger then Randy. so i guess we’ll see if Brock can run over Carwin like he has everyone else, my guess is NO.
p.s. i really like Carwin’s attitude, he has that “im gonna work hard and do my best, and we’ll see how it goes” thing going on.
