i just read on the Fight network (ticker on the bottom) that Kimbo will be facing Houston Alexander at the TUF 10 finale, the bout will be contested at 215lbs. i hope for Kimbos sake hes not thinking a drop to 205lbs. is going to work for him, the light heavy weight division is way to stacked. at heavy Kimbo at least has a shot at being a mid level player, at light heavy Kimbo has a shot at getting his arse kicked by everyone whos anyone.
ya i heard about that last week RJ, your right but on the other hand is there anyone who wont beat him up at HW? Theres nowhere in the UFC Kimbo can go and not be badly outclassed.
Pisses me off that they cut Neer and brought back Houston to fight Kimbo, its becoming like WWE or something. No skills necessary just make sure your diesel with a towering personality.
yeah man, if Neer had a big fan base they wouldnt have let him go. but on the bright side he can now go play big fish in the small promotion and he might get some impressive wins and get called back to the big show or some bigger paydays in one of the big Japanese promotions.
so i cant watch the video up there /\/\/\/\ but i wanna get some opinions on this scrap anyways. who is giving Rogers even a slight chance at winning? i know people are saying Rogers has the punchers chance and some are saying it wouldnt even be that big of an upset if Brett OKed Fedor, but im not falling for the hype. i think early in round one we see Rogers rocked, dropped, and pounded out or submitted. every time there is a fight like this there is always at least one guy that takes the clear underdog, so whos gonna take home all the glory if Rogers wins?… whos it gonna be?

The Guy is just good – Cro Cop couldn’t do it in his prime, Arlovski showed that Fedor can get hurt, but even he got KO’ed in round 1.. Tim Sylvia.. OMG … all former HWC of the UFC — Coutures name doesn’t even come up now as a possible opponent, I am kinda glad all that fell through because Fedor would have SMASHED Randy to bits..
I would like to see Fedor fight Lesnar, but it wont happen until Fedor is 50 and Dana can assure his boy wins… Zuffa will never take risks that could make THEIR HWC look inferior, they just wont do it, but Fedor, is the read deal.
He could get KO’ed tonight, but I can also see Fedor punching Rogers on the chin pinpoint and winning like he did with Andre A -
Seriously, i dont know how anyone could not like Fedor. Hes just the man! plain and simple. Hes great at what he does, hes tough as nails, hes got heart for days, he beats down guys who are much bigger than him on a regular basis and hes as humble a fighter as you will ever find. I dunno, i dont see where the hate comes from, are people just mad that he keeps winning fights?
Usually its the argument about how he doesnt fight top competition, but as far as im concerned hes fought EVERYONE out there except Randy. So he beat Tim and Arlovski and now people are saying he needs to fight Brock, Carwin and all these NEW guys or else hes not fighting the top guys.
uhhh.. if Fedor DID beat Carwin and Lesnar, etc.. then a year later there would be NEW guys and everyone would STILL be saying oh you ave to beat so and so.. Its BS man, hes beaten everyone and i mean CONVINCING WINS! not boring decisions like Machida.

One day Fedor will lose and all these haters are gonna say OHHH HE GOT EXPOSED. Man i hate that word, people always use it at the wrong time, just because you lose doesnt mean your EXPOSED. Ya after 30 impressive victorys you finally lose 1 fight and your exposed… exposed as what? an incredible fighter? in that case i agree.
