dude $200 American is big money for a guy like Nakamura, he is now the richest man in his village, taking over from that guy who found $49 worth of pesos that one time. lol.
Richard, the 200 is only what was disclosed to the commission, he got paid by Dream because they basically lent him to strikeforce for this fight. They dont insist on ridiculous exclusive contracts like the UFC does, thats why these guys can jump around, much better that way.

I believe that there was vaseline applied to GSP, I don’t believe he intended for it, nor do I believe it’s his fault personally, I do think his corner intended for it..
As far as the roid’s allegations go.. I think it’s insane for “Judy” to stir those waters up man.. it’s asking for a backlash from fans… I like Penn but he needs to get that whole empty accusation thing under control, whether it’s true or not, he has no proof and it’s not helpful to his name and legacy in MMA to be a whiner and finger pointer without proof, (he had proof that Sherk was doing it).. if GSP ever gets popped, he will lose his entire legacy anyways so Penn should just let life play out it’s course and shut up.

BJs entire camp needs to take that whole “just scrap” slogan serious because as long as Penn is just fighting, hes gaining fans but as soon as he starts talking he starts losing them.
I agree.. but I do admire BJ’s tenacity – he is so competative and he hates losing, you gotta love a guy like that… just wish they either had proof or would shut up – they are besmirching Pierre’s name without grounds, that is disinformation and it deserves to be confronted.
I wish Pierre would responde cooly with a “I have never used that stuff nor do I need to” – something at least.
I know Thiago Alves built his Iron body on illegal substances… it does take a bit of the glitter off the gold for me, knowing that, but in the end, he came back and hasn’t gotten popped for it since then. If Pierres on it, then either he’s really smart and knows how to cycle it properly or just lucky and never got caught.. either way there is no proving it so Judy needs to shutty.
part of the reason i dont like the accusations is because even if its totally not true it still put doubt in peoples minds. did Michael Jackson molest little boys? did OJ kill his wife? does a high % of fighter take roids? we may never get a solid answer to these questions, but it doesnt matter anyways because for a lot of people speculation is enough.
Right on .. oh and OJ DID kill his wife… MJ was just.. i dunno .. too weird – the guy that initially accused him killed himself earlier this year so that might shed some light on the guilt felt by possible false accusations –
As far as this goes.. yeah I have my doubts, if Thiago Alves did it, and he did, and if Sylvia did it, and he did, then what makes us think that Pierre didn’t, or hasn’t, or what about Nate Marquart, he did it.. he’s vying for another shot at a title .. who knows man, I have my speculations but Pierre is also a heck of an athelete and I have seen guys with the same build that perform all natural ..

I am rooting for Thiago Silva V Rashad Evans – - But Rashad is a much better fighter than Jardine, much more agile, quicker, more explosive. I think it will be tough for Thiago but I also think he is more able to adjust his style, and I believe Thiago will come in ready to win.
Rashad is distracted with Jackson right now and is looking past this fight I think – and that will translate into a half hearted follow through on Greg’s strategy for him.
