At the start of 2012, Cage Warriors revealed a breathless schedule that included seventeen events over fourteen countries and a commitment to deliver some of the most exciting fights on the European scene.
March saw Cage Warriors present Fight Night 4 from the World Trade Centre in Dubai and the card was headlined by a heavyweight clash for the vacant belt.
Promotional favourite Andreas “Big Daddy” Kraniotakes (13-6 MMA) had a lot of momentum coming into this bout, having won impressively at Cage Warriors 46 in the Ukraine, but he would face off against a heavyweight with a lot of big show experience.
Mike “300″ Hayes (17-4-1 MMA) had recorded victories at both Strikeforce and Bellator and came to Dubai looking to add another credible win to his already impressive resume and take home the gold in the process.
