Hmm

I was just replied to quickly from my desktop email. They said it was a failed charge from March 3. They didnt alarm me of any errors. And an email stating an error on their part was to difficult. This acct shows the funds avail for the 3rd. I hate going down negative roads. But I follow up with honesty. Why is their slacking? I have a phone number on my account. It was bad timing since there was an identical priced item on the very same day as my bank was withdrawn from. Two days later from a desktop I get a response. Not like it used to be, as for app questions answered. Sorry everybody. I missed a workout a week before competition. Geez!

These guys are taking from accounts anytime they want, you cant email from a iphone, They dont respond, I got no order number after my account was withdrawn from. I added no size, or address. Woke up and charges for an item I didnt even see the side or back view. I suggest signing out daily. I work 3rd shift, so I was awake from 2pm to 4am, and they charged my account. I just sent an email from my desktop, but I had to go to faq and copy then paste in my email. They dont even allow desktops to email from their website. Not the same company as last year. I have no order number, size, address. Let see how Raven, GraoundGame like their social media blownup? Sad! Im suppose to working out, not following thieves at night.
