To get the correct size for your knee, measure 2" below your knee. Your elbows are probably smaller than your knees, so you probably need different sizes if you want to wear on both your knees and elbows.
I will love to get these but I am a bit confused, my knees measure 13.5 inches. Which size do you recommend? I assume that the sizing guide is only for the elbow measurement. Thank you guys, you guys are the BEST!!!!!!
are these foam padded or plastic cup?

hmm...my knee is hell a lot wider/bigger than my elbow. Not sure which size fits.
Uh, can knee/elbow pads really be universal? If so, do you recommend me trying to use the large on my 14 3/4'' thigh circumference?
