When will a person use this? Em I suppose to try to squeeze these under my 16oz gloves? Or can I just put these on and hit the bag with them, or use them for MMA sparring instead of the 4oz MMA gloves?

It depends on how much room you have with your 16's. I own a few pairs of 16oz gloves and works fine in my Twins, but it not in my Hayabusa Kanpeki's. If you feel you already have a snug fit with regular Mexican wraps, these will not work for you. If it is an option for you, they are very quick to put on and the gel around the knuckles is nice.
Is there a size to these, at 6'3 200lbs will these even fit me?
