How about height? And will these hold up in Muay Thai sparring?

How tall are you? These will of course work for muay thai, but they're not the massive ones that you'd use if you were sparring with heavy kicks.

From the description:
Size Regular will accommodate 13"-15" calf circumference.

Might be flexible, but possibly tight... sorry not to be of more help.
