Torn between ordering a L or an XL. I'm 6'3" and 230 lbs. How tight are Tokyo five shirts, in the shoulders/chest/arms?

I realize it says "random," but I'm only interested in buying two of these shirts since I've ordered your random Tokyo Five pack before. Is it possible to put in a specific request for the shirts?
