5' 9" 150 lbs, size 10 foot. Should I go with a medium or large? thanks
It's tough to say since it's based mostly on shin length and calf circumference (rather than height, weight, or shoe size), but I'm 6'1" 170 lbs with meaty calves the Large fits well. You're most likely best suited with a medium.
6'4 260lbs? Is an XL going to work? Also are these able to hold up to training or are they more made for competition use?

An XL is your best bet, unless you have especially thick calves then it might be too tight. They're definitely built for rugged use, thick and not pliable, so i can't imagine them not holding up during training.

Anyone have these? I love Venum and the desgin. I have shitty tapout ones now they rotate on my shin almost every time I hit something and they don't pad stuff well
