You may remember that this past Saturday we reported that Joe Riggs and Jason Miller would be fighting at an upcoming WEC event.
According to Joe Riggs’ own words:
“I’m fighting Mayhem at the WEC in October,†said Riggs. According to Riggs, the bout will determine a contender for the WEC middleweight title…
Well, today the other shoe drops and Loretta Hunt at TheFightNetwork.com has a response from Jason “Mayhem” Miller:
“I re-affirm what I told you [The Fight Network] Friday,†said Miller. “I know nothing about a fight with Riggs, and to say I wouldn’t confirm the fight was misleading. I guess I’m honored to be the one that Riggs has decided to call out, but I have absolutely not been contacted regarding a fight against him.â€
So according to Riggs the fight is happening and according to Miller it’s not. Take your pick who you believe; personally, I’m going with Mayhem on this one.

huh?!? well i guess we will just have to wait and see. i like both fighter and would like to see it. heres hoping!
