    How do I measure the width of my knuckles for these? What would 3.5-4 inches be?

    Use a cloth measuring tape and measure around the circumference of your knuckles. If you'll be wrapping your hands, measure with the wrapping done.
    Medium = 7" - 8"
    Large = 8" - 9"
    XL = 9" - 10"

    The black gloves are 1.5" on the back and knuckles, closer to 1" on the ridge of the hand and hammerfist.
