^ Well these are fight gloves, the wraps part it all depends on your wrist some people have rlly weak wrist from other injuries and wear wraps for the support and some don't. If you decide to wear wraps then yea you have to buy a size up maybe even two sizes up depends on the wrap you use. I personally don't wrap my hands with MMA gloves in training and they feel fine to me.
