Sizing info: Use a cloth measuring tape and measure around the circumference of your knuckles. If you'll be wrapping your hands, measure with the wrapping done. S/M: 7" to 8" L/XL: 8" to 9

These are 4oz. People generally use heavier MMA gloves, around 7oz, for sparring.
