The sizing rule of thumb on these is
If you wear Medium or Large gloves, go with the Medium quickwraps.
If you wear XL or 2XL gloves, go with Large quickwraps.

Without testing it out because I'm wide palmed with xl Large Gloves in UFC but for NO Holds Bar I'm M-L(rated wierd no designated sizes except small, xl, xxl.)And my wraps fit perfect with Medium Rival brand but with Rival gloves I need Large and size XL gloves. Maybe No Holds Bar and Amateur MMA fights are difference in the amount of padding you want but I get 2 1/2 more times around my knuckles and fits comfier with Rival but in Bad Boy, Fight Sports, and Title MMA I where large gloves with large raps with a little extra cut away. These I'd guess one size down from what size gloves you where, but if your competeing you can't use these anyway u have to use real wraps so intramural to pro You'd need Large if you where xl. and so on like aaron stated the rule of thumb is. Most times your trainer should have a set of wraps or gloves that you can test out, but for home use it's basically rule of thumb though I always use regular wraps ensuring best fit.

2 weeks too late. If only I would have waited I could have gotten these. The Evergel wraps that I got instead are great though.

Are these fine with boxing gloves? I have a 16 ounce Drako sparring gloves. Will it fit snug and protect the thumb as well?

yea these are decent...I have similar "wraps" except mine are made of neoprene. They go on easy and come off quick, wash easy etc.

Anychance thai Pads or below the belt pads will be added next month and what brand they'll be I'm training my gf and now shes strong enough to actually buckle me with a good roundhouse to the liver. Desided it's time I got 2 new sets of thai pads and body guard so I can spar with her and not half to keep everything at 30% power still gotta keep it to like 60% power with pads but at least i can throw at almost speed and her not getting hurt.
