I found what I think is the same item (looks the same but with a red core, not black) on Amazon and this was the response to that question by one of the reps of the company: "The Muscle Foam Roller is 13 inches in length and 5.5 inches in diameter. " This price (with shipping) also beats that roller on amazon by almost $5.
