Just an educated guess...but I believe they would be. Earlier Kassen product(eg: their original Kassen Gi) we NOT approved. Stupid me, I bought one in 2012 before paying attention to these things.
Their subsequent Kassen II gi, they were very clear to make changes and advertised it clearly as IBJJF legal.
