If you're taller than 6', stay away from punchtown rashguards. I bought the long sleeve version of this rashie and they're made for smaller people. Punchtown does not make rashies that are long in the waist. Im 6' 3.5", and I bought an xl. It rides normally above my hip bones and gets stuck around my upper ribs when I roll, thanks to the silicone insert around the inner bottom cuff. Super dissappointed in this rashguard because I like the look of the punchtown gear. :( No way in a snowballs chance hell this guard will fit you if you're tall. Unless you like rolling in halter tops!
